With years of experience, she has led the team with a relentless focus on process improvement and integrating innovative solutions that enhance productivity and service delivery.

Managing Partner/President

Jim Cox, Managing Partner / President of OSP Technologies, is an industry innovator with 40+ years of successful hands-on leadership and a keen ability to analyze and manage all aspects of a telecommunications company. His subject-matter expertise spans basic cable to advanced theory, with architecture experience in Fiber, Copper, Coax, Metro-Ethernet, Cellular Backhaul, HFC, Fiber Deep, and FTTx. 

With an M.S. in Computer Science from Trinity University and a solid customer-centered mindset, Jim’s successes are grounded in a passion for effecting positive change. His talents for blending expert knowledge, team direction, and strategic planning are limitless. 

ASHLEY MORSE

Vice President of Operations

Ashley Morse serves as Vice President of Operations for OSP Technologies and has been an essential part of the company’s growth and success for the past five years. Known for her kindness, patience, and proactive approach to leadership, Ashley helps keep daily operations organized, efficient, and team focused. Her professional background includes working as an Executive Administrator for two large companies, along with experience coordinating permitting and mapping requirements within the telecommunications industry. Ashley is respected for her calm demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to build positive relationships with both clients and team members. Friendly, soft-spoken, and dependable, she brings a steady leadership presence that makes her a true joy to work with and a valuable asset to the OSP Technologies team.

JEREMY SAWYER

Director of Construction

Jeremy Sawyer has been a valued part of the OSP Technologies team since 2022 and currently serves as Director of Construction. With experience on both the field and office sides of the telecommunications industry, Jeremy brings a well-rounded understanding of construction operations, project execution, and team leadership. He is highly knowledgeable in all areas of telecommunications and has a unique ability to explain complex technical details in clear, practical terms that clients and crews can easily understand. Known for being quiet, friendly, and dependable, Jeremy leads by setting clear expectations and empowering his teams rather than micromanaging. His steady leadership style, industry expertise, and strong work ethic continue to play an important role in the success of OSP Technologies.

AMY WHITEHEAD

Project Account Manager

Amy Whitehead has been a valued member of the OSP Technologies team since 2022, serving as Project Accounting Manager and playing a key role in the company’s daily operations and project success. With more than 20 years of experience in customer relations, and business operations, Amy oversees invoicing, supports project progress tracking, and maintains strong relationships with customers and project teams alike. Known for her organization, professionalism, and positive attitude, she helps keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
